Although most windshield and glass problems require a new windshield, sometimes a small crack or pit can be repaired. The result is a crack that is much less noticeable and much less likely to spread. Windshield repairs are much less expensive to perform, but are actually not commonly used because large cracks or those in the driver's field of vision usually require an entire new windshield.

How does it work? In the case of small cracks and pits, we can fill the crack with a special epoxy, which, when heated, bonds to the glass, and makes a stronger, less visible blemish. Blemishes repaired this way should not spread into larger cracks.
